March glides in with one of the best new moons this year, in magical Pisces.
You may have found yourself quite restless the last few days, wide awake all night, and anxious. The usual human sensitivity to lunar cycles is exponentially amped up with the mystical energy this lunation brings.
As the crescent moon starts to glow over the next few days, that angst will ease, as you flow into this new gentle, compassionate, and extremely intuitive la luna essence.
The new moon sets the stage for the next two weeks until full moon (18 march). It offers HUGE ability to connect to more.

Going within is also a potent magnifying essence with this moon. Incense connects to the higher energies, and meditation sends your desires and wishes out into the universe, supercharging them with universal energy. It can be as simple as sitting with your hand on your heart space for 10 mins while you’re relaxing or in bed, just feeling and connecting to your energy links it to the Universal energy web – letting it in and sending out that abundance.
Do your rituals anytime from about 12-16 hours after new moon at your location - when you can actually see a sliver of moon. They can be done anytime before the full moon, but giving your desires time to grow and manifest as the moon grows in light is extremely powerful.
Crystals, sounds, smells, and food related to the moon, water, Jupiter and Pisces are good this month.
Water is a key element, as is the Sacral chakra Svadhisthana. Your ancestral connections, opportunities to heal, and to feel whole.

Big Picture Planning
All though your heart is being pulled into the goddess land of magic, power, and fae … your head is still down here on earth. Until the 10th March there is sliver of a window to plan, strategise, and come up with potential inventions to pursue.
What can you do that has purpose and adds value in the world? It’s all about working on the bigger picture of who, how, why and where.
This is an excellent time to learn, explore and plan a way to your future.

larger scale this could be a peak of explosions, protest, unrest - and attack.
On a more personal level
you will feel this deep desire to rage war on that which is restricting and frustrating you in your own life. You will feel the soul-deep pull away from the same old responsibilities into that which your heart and soul wants, so very badly.
This time could powerfully transform how you move forward. Use these frustrations and angst to highlight that thing you simply must do / have / take action on. It may be impulsive and seem utterly crazy, but I would bet that actions taken now transform your life in some way.
You can’t unsee a way out of boring into inspirational.

Cooler temperance prevails
The need to “break away” will morph into a need to “make a way”.
That primal body burning angst leading up to the 6th will shortly simmer down into an ice-cool look at the horizon. You will calculate a very clear plan of action to achieve your goals. This next month is an excellent time to remember that burning desire – and turn it into something good, real, with long lasting change.
Keep a look out for the seed of a great idea to "make a way" around 6th March. Take a little action to get that ball rolling. Send an email, speak to someone, draw up a plan. Anchor that big picture plan into the physical real world where it can make a change.
Do the little things each day that will get you heading in the right direction.

From about the 10th March you’re not gonna wanna do dry spreadsheets and projections much anymore. You may find your capacity to strategise and think crisply starts flailing.
In essence, your head goes along and joins your heart and spirit in la-la-land. A friend used to call this my “foggy-Liezl-land”. Well, you are warmly invited to come join me in my idealistic foggy land, or go spend some time in your own!
It’s like spending your whole life in dry climates where everyone knows their place and there are rules (to follow or break, but there are rules) … and then waking up from that by being dumped unceremoniously in a world of water where nothing looks like anything you’ve ever known. Your surroundings go from hard and sharp, to soft and smooshy.
There is a way through this new world. It is to go with the flow as best you can.
Think creatively about how to solve conundrums, and collaborate rather than doing it all on your own. Feel into the collective, communicate and connect with others to solve problems.
It is a form of design thinking, with a mystic edge.
Day dreaming
You may find yourself compelled into creative pursuits, and meaning, and purpose – without the handy dandy tools you know how to use. You’ll still do you, but your mind could find itself in Disney-scape fantasy land. And it won’t be a movie, it will feel real and seem possible. And yes, it really is!!
Try not to fret. By the end of the month you’ll be firing along the rat race again. For now, try doodle more, cook more, re-arrange your reading nook, play with art, walk by the ocean. Just feel. It may give you a sense of purpose you can hone when all cylinders are firing again at months end. It is a perfectly acceptable time to just day dream, and doze, and wonder if …
