Jupiter and Mercury go direct

The goal here is wisdom. Why? So we can grow our souls, and increase our light in the cosmos.  Let's explore how truth seeking Jupiter and intellectual Mercury can help us live our highest potential  ...

Jupiter embodies the spirit of hope

Jupiter represents the greater truth.  That universal knowledge that lies within us, around us, and connects us to the entire spiritual universe.  The title image is of Sufi Whirling Dervishes.  This represents Jupiter's spiritual quest for the divine, in whatever form that may be for you.  It is about touching the sky in all it's beautiful metaphorical glory, and showing you how to bring that light into your very soul.

Jupiter is known as the 'Greater Benefic' because it is literally the brightest planet in the sky. It's presence dramatically amplifies hope, good will, enthusiasm, generosity, and boundless optimism.  That is all luffly stuff, and sometimes a bit of good old fashioned cheer is exactly the thing we need! 

However, in a deeper sense, it also shows light beyond the streamers and infectious chortles.  It shows us the pure love that envelops us all, and how life-changing goodness can be so much more than  just winning the lottery.  It teaches us that the 'spirit of hope' is the gold essence of humanity.  It reveals to us that hope is inspiration, and holds the bountiful seeds of the future that we can all tap into.

I'm having a bit of a Rumi-liscious day, so forgive  me, it's all about inspiration today ... 

Jupiter encourages being conscious

Jupiter encourages you to look beyond the known, the day to day.  Jupiter's best way of being is to imagine outwards - into the vast sphere of possibility called life.  It is about understanding, regardless of 'wrong' or 'right', it is simply knowing.

In it's highest form I think that means knowing and understanding, with love. Not romantic rosy love, but real acceptance, true openness, sincere non-judgement, and a deep curiosity in the world, life,  - and love.

Serious Jupiter

Jupiter is in Aquarius for most of 2021. 

This year is predominantly about practical dreams that help us grow, evolve, and improve humanity as a whole.

From May to July we had a little midyear break in the sea of imagination: wish for world peace - swim with the mermaids - kind of break.  That is Jupiter's happy place (coming again Jan 2022), but it certainly hasn't been rainbows and unicorns since then. 

Jupiter expands and makes bigger, it has no natural affiliation with boundaries or normal possibilities. So yes, it can make impossible wishes happen, and help us feel part of the greater creation, but it can just as easily expand the fatal reach of a virus.

Why the downer? Jupiter is where we look beyond the possible, beyond the boundaries. But for most of this year it has been restricted to real-life fantastical solutions, not mythical ones. 

Aquarius is a serious Saturn ruled sign, so Jupiter hasn't been in the "party-est" of environments. This placement is not about "mer-angels" (mermaid angels - yes that is creative license!). It is orientated more towards creating a tangible vision for the world, new ideas and philosophies that benefit the collective. These actions probably have a quirky vibe, and are more than likely visionary, yet they are still firmly rooted in sustainability. 

Our most recent Jupiterian foray

Jupiter went retrograde from June until 18 October. 

This means we've spent the last few months dreaming up ingenious and enterprising ideas.  We have been strategising how to make them happen.

We have explored our inner realms, learning about our own truth, and how to shine it in the world.

It is time

Now is the time to transmute your inspirational innovations into actions, to make it happen.  Rise beyond your imagination, be brave, be loud, and be adventurous! 

It is time to wield your truth and disclose it to the world, to make it a reality.  Jupiter provides the inspiration, greater-than-us-power, and universal energy to make it so.

Use this time until December 2021 to entrench your life concepts firmly into the ground, to speak your truth, plant it, and water it.  Let it thrive!

Mercury, mover and shaker

Mercury turned direct on 18/19 October, after being retrograde for about 3 weeks (more here).

Mercury the messenger may give voice to your revelations of your truth.  Being in Libra, it echoes the sentiment of contemplating ideas, strategies, making connections, and getting social support for your endeavors - especially if they elevate humanity, and society as a whole.

Mercury turning direct isn't as impactful as Jupiter going direct.  It does however give us the go-ahead to get things moving. 

So if you've identified the seed of truth, of how you benefit the world, Mercury will help you get the message out. 

If there's things to say and do, start putting them into action - it is time.

Aries Full moon

The full moon is in Aries, on the 20/21 October 2021 (check your city here). 

Mar is Aries sign ruler, and recently kicked off a new 2 year cycle which amplifies the potency.

Mars also challenges (squares) all-powerful Pluto, adding more bazooka power

This full moon is a fiery one! Aries is a battle ready, sparky, action-orientated sign.  This is not an easy, pleasant, floaty moon.

It is however a welcome and useful change in atmosphere.  The volcanic power gets us striving onwards and upwards.  It literally kicks our quiet, reticent, cautious butts into overdrive. 

In the Spirit of Hope

2021 is a new era

Jupiter is in year 1 of a new 200 year cycle.

Ideas are changing the world as we know it.  This is the start of a new reality, a new way of being, a new type of order.  Nobody knows all the answers. Jupiter is asking us to seek our truth, have faith in our spirit and the universal spirit.

The tail end of 2021

The unusual occurrence of 4 planets turning direct this month is signaling you to start moving.  It's ok if it's slow, it's also perfectly fine if its just one step at a time.

The authentic internal and external foundations, boundaries, and new ways of being we've built this year give us the stress-tested resilience we need.  They give us the grit and determination to keep going.  There will be setbacks, upheavals, and changes.  That's life.  Begin your journey, take that first step towards your truth; be your magic.

Looking back over this last year allows us to formulate the ideas swirling in our consciousness, and use them to  design our master plan. 

Being present today is the path to joy, the Universal Gift of believing in who and what we are right now. 

Hope for tomorrow is Jupiter's greatest manifestation. 

Transformative ideas don't happen in a vacuum.  They need the spark that ignites your soul fire, they are accomplished through the light of hope shining from your face, and they live on through the smile of the person receiving your magic.

YOU can change the world. 

YOU can make it happen.

YOU have got this.
